Suzi + Paul - Kirk in the Hills wedding {Detroit wedding photographer}

Another incredible wedding finally making it on the blog! Yay!
I loved Suzi & Paul's wedding! Great couple, great bridal party, great details and great party!
We met at the Book Cadillac where Suzi and Paul saw each other for the first time - it was a private moment, so no photos (my brother Tim & I hung out in their hotel room bathroom! hehe) We took advantage of the amazing light at the hotel for some fun shots before the ceremony. Loved the artwork! From there we headed downtown to the riverwalk for more pictures - it was under construction, so we didn't stay too long.
Their ceremony was at Kirk in the Hills, I was pretty excited about shooting there since I hadn't been there before. Lovely grounds and architecture!
The reception was at the Max Fisher Theater and we got to check out the details before anyone else - LOVE shooting a near empty room! Amazing everything! Suzi and Paul had a journal with the table number on it at each table and the guests were asked to write something - very cool idea.

Lillybee!

I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot for Lisa @ Lillybee again this summer. I am in LOVE with her new Spring/Summer 2010 line! Lisa has added a cotton/cashmere blend to her well-known cashmere line. She has also designed some woven pieces that I can't wait to get my hands on for my own girls! Our group of kids were wonderful and we got some amazing stuff. So excited about the direction of the company and as usual I'm excited to be working with Lisa and her team - looking forward to the future of her company!

Theresa + Ron - wed! {Michigan wedding photography}

I was looking forward to this wedding from the moment I met with Theresa & Ron. Such a lovely couple! We then had a great time for their engagement session in Northville. Theresa totally gets my style, and even create my new amazing logo - Thank you!! She also created pretty much all the details - invitations, etc. for the wedding herself.
So, without further ado - here are a small selection of my favorite shots from their wedding day. So many great moments, so hard to choose just a few!
We started out the day at Changes Salon in Royal Oak with the super talented stylist Jason making Theresa look even more lovely than she already is. Then on to Todd's Room with Beth, again, a super talented artist!
After that it was on to Theresa & Ron's house for getting ready and then into the carriage for the short ride to the Country Club. It was a beautiful day and I am blessed to have been a part of their day! Thank you!

Miss C {Michigan Children Photographer}

I was so excited to shoot Miss C's photos a couple of weeks ago. You might remember her newborn pictures from about 6 months ago. She's getting even cuter!! We were supposed to shoot on Friday, but Thursday was nice so we decided to switch dates - good thing we did, it poured on Friday and we wouldn't have gotten these amazing shots! I also got to use my radio flyer wagon for the first time. Enjoy!
